Maison Carta opened in 2019 with a single idea: let the market dictate the menu. Chef Lucía Ferrand trained in Lyon and spent a decade cooking through California's best small farms before opening her own kitchen in West Hollywood.
Every dish draws from what's good right now — not what's expected. Our suppliers are within 150 miles. Our wine list leans natural, with a strong focus on small-production Burgundy and the Rhône.
