Our Story

Where every cup
is worth the wait

Birch & Brew started as a weekend pop-up in Echo Park. Three years later, we've found a home in Silver Lake — a quiet corner where we roast our own beans and bake everything from scratch.

We partner directly with farms in Ethiopia, Colombia, and Guatemala, paying above fair-trade prices so great coffee can keep happening.
